Hazel Mae (Hyde) Miller, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend, was born July 9, 1925 in Beaumont, TX and was called to her heavenly home on July 11, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ellis Robert "Jack" and Sadie (Baker) Hyde, her beloved husband of 62 years, Robert Lee Miller, 1 daughter, Vicki Ann Miller, 1 half-brother, Robert Ellis Hyde, and 1 half-sister, Edna Hyde Basow. She is survived by her son, Rex Lee Miller and wife Lynn; 2 grandsons, Robert Andrew Miller and wife Jessica, Michael Lee Miller and wife Amber; 1 step-granddaughter, Chloe Lauderdale; 1 great-granddaughter, Hannah Lee Miller; and 1 great-grandson, Alexander Drake Countryman. Hazel was a member of the Maranatha Baptist Church of Western Oaks and a retired employee of the Oklahoma State Senate where she worked for 32 years. She had a love for her Lord and family. She and her husband traveled all over the United States visiting 43 states as well as Canada and Victoria Island. She also loved cooking and trying new recipes and reading. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, always ready to lend a helping hand, a smile, and words of encouragement to her family and friends.
