Harvey Sherman "Buzz" Bubb, Jr., 90, died February 20, 2021 in Bethany, Oklahoma. He was born April 13, 1930 in Astoria, Illinois to Harvey S. Bubb, Sr. and Verna Mae (Horton) Bubb. He retired after 20 years as a proud Air Force Veteran who served in the Korean War. He also worked for the United States Postal Service for 20 years. After his second retirement, he worked for City Bites nearly 8 years delivering cookies and breads. He was a longtime member of Bethany First Church of the Nazarene. His wife, Doris, was the love of his life. She passed in 2016. Harvey was devoted to his family and loved being together. Survivors include his daughters, Joyce Moydell and husband Mike of Newalla, OK, Ruth Madden and husband Mike of Bethany, OK; sons, Danny Bubb and wife Becky, and Tom Bubb and wife Karen, all of Yukon, OK; grandchildren, Nick, Stephen, Lauren, Brian, Amy, Julie, Michael, Summer, Ginger, Jenny, Stacey, and Brandy; great-grandchildren, Colton, Evelyn, Brooklyn, Blake, Corey, Chanse, Sherri, Mitchell, Madison, Jake, Joey, Joshua, McKenzie, Aiden, Rori, Bennett, Charlie, Mae, Garrison, Mercedes, and Sterling; and 1 great-great-grandson, Damon; sister, Shirley Smith; niece, Lucinda McMullen; sister-in-law, Joanne Houston; and numerous extended family members and friends. Harvey was preceded in death by his parents; his loving wife, Doris; son, Stephen Brian Bubb; daughter, Sherri Jean Gay; 3 sisters, Marge McMullen, Helen Wright, and Peg Danner. Viewing will be Thursday and Friday, February 25 and 26, 9am-8pm, with family present Friday, 6-8pm at Mercer-Adams. Services will be Saturday, February 27, 10:00am at Mercer-Adams Chapel with interment in Resurrection Memorial Cemetery.
