Harold Louis Scheer, Jr. passed away 1/19/18. He is survived by his wife, Vicki Scheer, sons, Rick and Tom, daughters, Vanessa Melinson and Erin Vroman, as well as his seven grandchildren. His brother, Bob and wife Pat, and sister, Shirley Miller, also live in OKC. Harold was a generous, loving man who adored his family and many dear friends. He was a Christian who had a deep love for Jesus Christ. Harold was an entrepreneur who owned his own pest control company and was particularly proud of his work at the state capital where he eradicated the pharaoh ant problem. When he was not working, he was generally found outdoors. Harold was an avid fisherman and hunter who loved spending time with his family and friends. Harold and Bob have taught two younger generations of Oklahomans to respect nature and learn to fish and hunt. We believe the states turkeys, black bass and crappie consider Harolds passing to be a wonderful thing. Harold enjoyed life and always had a good time. He enjoyed shooting pool, playing cards, and closely following the scores on certain sporting events. He is missed!
