Harding C. Piatt, 90, passed away on August 2, 2011 in Oklahoma City, OK. He was born December 29, 1920 in Tulsa, OK, the son of Fay and Addie Belle (Jenkins) Piatt. He served as a Pharmacists Mate in the U.S. Navy during WWII. Harding was a Dental Technician for 63 years and owned his own laboratory. He was a past president of the Oklahoma Association of Dental Laboratories and a longtime member and deacon of the Baptist Church. Harding was a quiet man who loved his family, work and golf. He tried very hard to be the best man he could be. He was preceded in death by his parents, 4 brothers and 3 sisters. Survivors include his wife 70 years, Mary Ruth; daughter, Carolyn Knight and husband Jim; and six nieces. Visitation will be Thursday, 9am-9pm at Mercer-Adams, 3925 N. Asbury. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 5, 2011 at Mercer-Adams Chapel. Burial will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
