Gordon Dana King, 87, passed May 8, 2011. He was born April 11, 1924 in Cortland, New York to John and Jerlean (Gillum) King. He was the Vice-President of Reservation Systems for Howard Johnson & Co. He was a proud WWII Army and Korea Air Force veteran and a member of Masonic Lodge #659 in New York. Preceded in death by his parents, wife Vivian, and son John, he is survived by his sons, Matthew King and wife Donna of Blanchard, Gordon King and wife Angie of Van Alstyne, Texas; brother, John King; sister, Dorothy McNally; 5 grandchildren, Trey and Alan King, Kira Leach, John and Matthew King; and 4 great-grandchildren, Joey and Elliot King, Kayden and Nikolas Leach. Services will be Saturday, May 14, 10:00am at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church with interment in Resurrection Cemetery.
