Golda "Jean" Daniels, 89, died September 6, 2012. She was born March 16, 1923 in Joplin, MO, the daughter of Martin and Clara (Owens) Bateman, and one of six siblings, 4 sisters and one brother. She married at the age of 16 and was widowed at age 65. She was privileged to spend the intervening 49 years with her husband, Clyde Daniels. During this time, they traveled extensively, living abroad, widening their interests and horizons. Jean was a private person, with a curious mind, a capable and astute business woman. She became an avid reader and an accomplished artist who filled her life with hobbies, home and books. A hairdresser, she was a spunky lady who was adored by all. Special thanks to Pauline Martin, primary caregiver from Home Instead Senior Care. Graveside services will be Saturday, September 8, 1:00pm in Pryor Cemetery, Stuart, Oklahoma.
