Glynda Jean Moran died April 15, 2017. She was born March 24, 1929, in Sealy, TX to James and Lucille Wells. She married Bill Morgan and they had two children, Marsha and Karen. After her first marriage ended, she married Ross A. Moran in 1968, gaining two daughters, Linda and Susan, and son, Randy. After Jean retired from the Oklahoma State Health Department, Ross and Jean built their dream home on Lake Keystone. In 1988, they returned to Edmond, OK. She loved quilting, fishing and traveling in the motorhome with family and friends. She enjoyed hosting the annual Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve parties. She was a loving Mom to everyone. Jean was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Ray Wells; sister, Ernadell Wells; her daughters, Marsha Brown, Karen Folsom, Linda Stevens and Susan Morgan; and beloved terrier, Roxi. She is survived by her son, Randy; grandchildren, Jeremy Helm, Morgan Merritt and John Folsom; nine grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. Services will be Thursday, April 20, 11:00am at Mercer-Adams Chapel with interment in Gracelawn Cemetery, Edmond, OK. Donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Oklahoma Humane Society.
