Glenda (Bryan) Barger, 84, went to be with the Lord on August 9, 2023. She was born October 11, 1939 in Oklahoma City, OK to Densmore and Ruby Bryan. Glenda was married to Bob Barger in 1952 and they enjoyed 57 years together before his death in 2009. Together they had two sons, Bobby and Terry. Glenda was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bob; son, Bobby Barger; sister, Donna Diaz; brother, Joe Bryan; and granddaughter, Cassie Hughes. She is survived by her son, Terry and wife Linda Barger; brother, Mike Bryan and wife Pam; grandchildren, Joshua (Di), Jeremy, Angie (Marshall), Jason (Jessica) and Brandi; 9 great-grandchildren, Luke, Joey, Jadyn, Jordan, Jacob, Caleb, Jules, Josiah, and Jaxon; many nieces, nephews, and cousins; along with her special friend, Patsy Smith. The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Homestead Assisted Living and the nurses from Excell Hospice for their loving care of Glenda. Viewing will be Monday at Mercer-Adams from 9am-8pm with family present from 6-8pm. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:00pm on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at Bethany First Church of the Nazarene (Chapel in the Round) with interment following in Bethany Cemetery.
