Gerald "Jerry" Le Roy Noble was born in Tulsa, OK on August 4, 1945 to Zora Zell Davis Noble and Sherman Sheridan Gerald Noble. His parents divorced when he was young and he lived with his mother and older sister, Margaret. Around the age of 12, he and his sister moved to Bethany, OK with their father, Sherman, his second mother, Mildred England, and gained two new sisters, Willa Sue Howell and Sylvia Fashik. Jerry graduated from Bethany High School in 1963. As a young man, he enjoyed working at JC Penney and Kerr McGee. After completing some college at Central State University, he went to work for DHS in the growing field of data services. He gave up his bachelors lifestyle when he married Margaret Jones in 1993 and became a family man when his son Joey was born in 1994. He retired as a Data Services Manager in 1996. In his free time, Jerry enjoyed riding his Harley, camping in his Airstreams, and going on family vacations to New Mexico. He always had a joke or story to tell. He passed on November 3, 2022 at the age of 77 after an extended illness. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents; second mother; and sisters, Willa Sue and Sylvia. He is survived by his wife, Margaret; his son, Joey; his sister, Margaret Hilderbrand, and many nieces and nephews. His memorial service will be held at Mercer Adams Funeral Service in Bethany, OK on Wednesday, November 9 at 11:00am. His family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to Central Oklahoma Habitat for Humanity. The service will be webcast and available to view on this obituary page. .
