George Joseph Ducsay, 62, of Oklahoma City, passed away unexpectedly at his home on August 4, 2026. He was born on November 1,1963, in Richland, Washington to Marian and George Ducsay, Sr.

In 1984, George began his career in the agricultural laboratory field after moving from Marshfield, Wisconsin to Bethany, OK. He started at Southwell Laboratory before co-founding ISOTEK Laboratory. He worked tirelessly to ensure success and excellence throughout his career.

George married Lori Ducsay on September 24, 1994. They were married for many years before eventually divorcing. Despite their divorce, George and Lori remained close friends and continued to share a special bond until his death.

George was preceded in death by his father, George Ducsay, Sr.; and brother, Gary Summerland.

He is survived by his mother, Marion Ducsay; son, Steven Lutz; sister, Debbie (Todd) Tyrolt; and brother, Randy (Linda) Ducsay, all of Marshfield, Wisconsin; brother, Jim Summerland of Washington; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and other extended family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, August 22 at Mercer-Adams Funeral Service Chapel in Bethany OK.

In honor of George, his family requests that everyone dress casually or wear Green Bay Packers football attire.
