Fredrick Eugene Rick Rowe, loving son, husband and father, left us on December 19, 2011 to join the US Marines and other veterans who preceded him. He was born in Joplin, MO on July 13, 1948 to parents Bill and Lillian Rowe. He was the oldest son of six children. In addition to being survived by his father and step-mother, two brothers and two sisters, he is survived by his wife, Sharon L. Rowe; daughter, Tamblyn M. Wallingford; sons, Christopher E. and Daniel L. Rowe; 5 grandsons, and a granddaughter and great-granddaughter. Rick was a multi-talented person and did many things in his life. He had a positive influence on many people and served as a role model for many of his Boy Scouts. He was a life member of the VFW and Marine Corps League among other organizations. A memorial service for Rick will be at Mercer-Adams Chapel, Bethany OK at 11:00am, Thurs., Dec. 22, 2011. In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name can be sent to the VFW National Military Services program.
