Fred Ray Hibbert's Obituary
Fred R. Hibbert, 56, passed away March 2, 2009. He was born November 1, 1952 in Ponca City, Oklahoma to Ralph Leon Hibbert and Erna Maudine (Johnson) Hibbert. A proud veteran, he was employed as an audio technician. Survivors include his mother, Erna Hibbert, and his sister, Louise Robbins and her husband Jim. Services will be scheduled at a later date.
