Frances Williams, 90, died on August 2, 2022, in Bethany, OK. She was born March 1, 1932, in Seminole, OK to Willie and Rosy Mae (Thompson) Spiers. She graduated from Northeastern State University with a Bachelors Degree. She married Roy Williams, December 2, 1972, who passed away on June 30, 1998. Frances retired from the US Post Office where she was a clerk for 25 years. She enjoyed going to church and spent a lot of time with her church family at Jernigan Memorial going to weekly services, vacation Bible schools, and many revivals. She had many fur babies over the years, and she adored all of them. She loved going to thrift stores and finding bargains, mostly for others. Frances was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sisters, Odell, Billie, and Shirley; and nephew, Bruce Miller. She is survived by her nieces, Gail McCarty, Debbie Dorris and Ann Burns and husband Rodney, along with many great nieces and nephews. .
