Frances Elizabeth Jenkins, 99, died October 27, 2020. She was born November 13, 1920 in Oklahoma City, OK to Roy and Helen (Laepple) Winger. She graduated from Mustang (OK) High School in 1937 as Valedictorian of her class. Attended Blackwood Business College and was a cashier for National Life Insurance, before marriage. She married Frank "Scott" Jenkins on May 5, 1946 in OKC, OK. He preceded her in death in 2004. She was also preceded in death by her parents, and great-grandchild, Esther. She was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening. A longtime member of Putnam City Christian Church. Survivors include her son, Robert Jenkins and wife Kay of OKC; daughter, Martha Ann Williams and husband Jim of Sand Springs; 9 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
