Fernando Emmanuel
Villatoro
Jun 28, 2007 — Jul 8, 2026
Fernando Emmanuel Villatoro, 19, was born on June 28, 2007, in Oklahoma City. He was a kind-hearted, loving, and responsible young man, gone from this world far too soon and desperately missed by all who knew him. Fernando attended Hawthorne Elementary School and ASTEC Middle School, and graduated from ASTEC High School in 2025.
A young man who took pride in serving others, Fernando worked at Texas Roadhouse throughout high school. After graduating, he completed a Police Force course at Metro Technology Centers, and on November 12, 2024, he enlisted in the Army. He began basic training on August 11, 2025, and went on to serve as part of the military police in the U.S. Army. Fernando was also a devoted servant of God, sharing his gift for playing the shofar at church, where he was part of the congregations at both Jesús el Buen Pastor and Príncipe de Paz. He had a deep love for sunsets, cars, and capturing memories with the people he loved most.
Fernando was raised by his mother, Amanda, with the loving support of his "Merary" (Aunt Mary) and his stepfather, Raúl Torres. He is survived by his two beloved brothers, Gabriel Villatoro and Juan Carlos Villatoro.
