Faye (Lacy) Beck, aka Sis Lacy, went to be forever home with her Lord and Savior, Friday, May 30, 2014. Faye was born in Ft. Smith, AR to Orville and Iva Nichols Nov. 27, 1929. She married B.E. Lacy May 23, 1946. To that union was born one daughter, Judy Kaye and one son, Dennis Burl. Faye was a bright, happy lady who loved God and loved people. She was a delightful person who loved music. She directed choirs, directed gospel production, and played the piano and organ in church for many years. Faye gave her heart to the Lord at age 12. When she married B.E., they began gospel ministry. They pastored Assembly of God churches in Oglesby, Wynona, Skiatook and finally in OKC at N.E. Assembly and later called Lakeside, now Highpointe, all while maintaining a successful real estate business for many years. In the next season of her life, she married Charles Beck. They enjoyed many happy years together, gardening, camping, bird watching and living a simple country life near Shawnee, OK. She leaves a great legacy of love, laughter, and Christian heritage. She will be dearly missed by her son, Dennis Burl and wife Sue; daughter, Judy K. Gifford and husband T.D; her grandchildren, Bradley Gifford, Brent Gifford, Brad Lacy, Susanna Lacy; her 7 great-grandchildren; her sister, Mickie White; and nieces, nephews, cousins, Aunt Audrey, and a host of church family and friends. She is surely greeting those who went before her: B.E. Lacy, Charles Beck, her Mother and Father, Sister, Alice, brothers-in-law, Don and Buddy, and many other relatives and friends. Sweet, sweet mother, wife and dear friend ~ we love you. Have fun in heaven. We'll see you soon. Visitation will be Monday, 9am-9pm, with family present from 6-8pm at Mercer-Adams. Services will be Tuesday, June 3, 1:30pm at Highpoint Church, 6810 N.W. 122nd St. To share a memory or condolence, visit www.mercer-adams.com
