Eunice Daisy Freeman, left this world to join her heavenly father June 9, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband Merle Freeman. Eunice was born in the Meadows of Dan, VA on July 18, 1920, to Ernest and Mary Susan (Blackard) Langhonre. She was one of 14 children. Eunice loved traveling, shopping, antiques, china painting, socializing, and family. She made a career from her strong love of antiques and taught the business to the next generation in her family. She is survived by her three children, Paul Barber and wife Donna, LaJune Ellis, Bruce Brooks and wife Nita; 4 grandsons, and one great granddaughter. Friends may pay their respects Monday June 13 from 9am to 9pm at Mercer-Adams. Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at 2pm at Quail Springs Baptist Church.
