Eula Pearl (Coston) Greenhill, 89, of Carrollton, Texas, passed away on June 30, 2024, in Oklahoma City, OK surrounded by her family after an untimely accident. Eula was born on March 24, 1935, in Snyder, TX. She was one of three children born to Oscar and Cleo (Hampton) Coston. Not long after her birth, the family moved to Frederick, OK where Eula was raised and graduated from Frederick High School. Eula attended Bethany Peniel Nazarene College in Bethany, Oklahoma. She met Loyde Greenhill in Plainview, TX and they were married in December of 1956. They stayed and raised their family in Plainview until their move to Carrollton in 2004. Eula and Loyde shared 52 blessed years until his death in November of 2009.

Eula worked and retired from Ener-gas Natural Gas Co. She was always active in her local church; singing in the choir, helping in Vacation Bible School or teaching Sunday School. In her free time, she enjoyed reading, crocheting and singing, but her family was her greatest joy. She was always supportive in her children's activities. She also welcomed and treated their friends as one of her own. She always loved it when there were additional mouths to feed at dinner time. Eula was known for her hugs and whispers of a kind word. She lived her life to the fullest for her Lord and Savior and her family.

Eula was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Loyde; brother, Oscar Coston; sister, Doris Smith; and great-grandson, Isador Luinstra.

She is survived by her children, Gary Greenhill and wife Teresa, of Broken Arrow, OK, Gayle Luinstra and husband Monte, of Jenks, OK, Glynn Greenhill and wife Allyson, of Piedmont, OK, Lynn Greenhill and wife Lisa, of Houston, TX, and Ginger Greenhill of Carrollton, TX; grandchildren, Reed and wife Emily, Amy and husband Dave, Ashley, Brock and wife Alisha, Taylor and wife Katie, Sawyer and wife Landry, Loyde, Lance and wife Jordan, Parker and Brayden; nine great-grandchildren; and numerous beloved extended family members and friends.

A Celebration of Eula's life will be held at 10:30am on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at Carrollton Church of the Nazarene, 1529 E. Hebron Parkway, Carrollton, TX.
