Ethel Loreen Ricketts, 87, died December 30, 2018 in OKC. She was born June 30, 1931 in Barnett, MO to Guy and Goldie (Duskie) Kiser. On April 4, 1952 she married Ernest E. Ricketts in Hutchinson, KS. He preceded her in death in 1987. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Beverly Vickman and a brother, Kenneth Kiser. Ethel enjoyed crocheting and loved children, having worked in childcare for many years and being a foster grandparent from 2001-2014. Survivors include her son, Ernest Ricketts of OKC; sister, Nadyne Peoples of Versailles, MO; grandchildren, Misti Milburn, Jason Vickman, and Michelle Ricketts; great-grandchildren, Alissa Ricketts, Emily Milburn, Dylan Vickman, and Nathan Vickman; and a great-great-grandson, Korbyn Milburn. Viewing will be Thursday, 9am-9pm, with family present from 6-8pm at Mercer-Adams. Services will be Friday, January 4, 10:30am at Mercer-Adams Chapel with interment in Resurrection Memorial Cemetery.
