Ethan B. Allen, Jr., 82, died February 20, 2016. He was born May 1, 1933 in Berea, KY to Ethan and Myrtle (Carter) Allen. He married Donna Marie Kincaid and they enjoyed 62 wonderful years together. Ethan retired after 47 years from Dictaphone Corporation. A longtime member of University Place Christian Church, he and Donna enjoyed square dancing and belonged to several clubs. Preceded in death by his parents, he is survived by his wife, Donna; daughters, Ellen Warino and husband Morris, Mary Miller and husband Dave; sons, Ed, Ethan III and wife Dawn, Brad and wife Laurel; 9 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren with two on the way.
