Charles Esker Smith, 83, passed away July 18, 2013. He was born September 16, 1929 in Blair, Oklahoma to Junior R. and Emma Mae Smith. He was a graduate of Blair High School and a member of the First Baptist Church of Blair. He served in the United States Air Force for 4 years. He held management positions with Keebler, Scrivner and Sysco. Esker was married to Addie Ruth Smith for 50 years before Addie's passing, June, 2007. He is survived by his son, Craig Smith and wife Debbie Smith; daughter, Carri Fry and husband Monte Fry; one sister, Beatrice Sloan; 4 grandchildren, Heather Smith McAda and husband Jake McAda, Heath Smith, Vaughn Fry, Tyler Fry; one great grandson, Kooper McAda. Visitation will be Sunday, July 21, 2:00-4:00pm at Mercer- Adams, 3925 N. Asbury, Bethany, Oklahoma. Funeral service will be held Monday, July 22 at 10:00am at Mercer-Adams Chapel.
