Elliot Ann Givens was born and entered into heaven on May 28, 2012. She is survived by her parents, Juston R. and Casie L. Givens, her big brother, Sawyer R. Givens, her great-grandfather, her grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. She captured our hearts, where she will remain until we join her. A memorial has been established at Mercy NICU c/o The Mercy Foundation in the name of Elliot Ann Givens.
