Edward Henry Pennington, 85, of OKC, died Jan. 5, 2011 at Deaconess Hospital. He was born Oct. 18, 1925 in Norwalk, CA to Steve and Dora Pennington. He married Sue Denniston on Sept. 7, 1947. He was a proud US Army Air Corp veteran of WWII, European theater. He worked as a home builder and real estate developer in OKC and Bartlesville. He was an active volunteer in church ministries. Edward was a family man with many friends. He is survived by his wife, Sue; daughter Kay and husband Granville Barnes, daughter Diane and husband Glenn Waldon, son Steve Pennington, daughter Stacie Sue and husband Sonny Lindsey; son Michael Pennington; 12 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be Sat., Jan. 8, 2:00pm at Mercer-Adams Chapel.
