Edna Adine Elkins Jones, 90, died May 19, 2010 in Bethany, OK. She was born June 21, 1919 in Stigler, OK. Reared in Lindsay, OK, she lived the last 54 years in Bethany. She was married for 50 years to Virgil Jones who preceded her in death March 11, 1992. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Eli and Ada Elkins, her son, Charles Wayne Jones, her brother, S.E. Elkins, and her grandchildren, Stephanie and Chris Steinberg. Edna is survived by her daughter, Luann Jones, of Bethany, OK; her sons, Stevan Jones of Bethany, OK, and Dan Jones of OKC. Also survived by her brothers, Leo Elkins and J.W. Elkins, both of Lindsay, OK, and Charles Elkins of Lawton, OK. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, May 24 at 1:00pm at Mercer-Adams Chapel with interment at 3:30pm in Greenhill Cemetery, Lindsay, OK.
