Edna Lucille Hoock, 76, died January 15, 2012. She was born August 26, 1935 in Butler, OK to Harold and Ethel (Stone) Hicks. Known as a great cook, she loved volunteering at Bethany Hospital. She married Bob Hoock on July 3, 1954 in OKC. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob, a brother, Ray Hicks, and a son-in-law, Michael Hoffmann. Survivors include a son, Bob and wife Mary of OKC; daughter, Judy Hoffmann of OKC; brother, Harold Hicks and wife Sally of Ventura, CA; sister, Hazel Melton and husband A.L. of Midwest City; sister-in-law, Beverly Hicks of Oxnard, CA; grandchildren, Lacey Hoffmann, Heather and Haylee Hoock; great-granddaughter, Serenity Hoffmann; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be Tuesday, 9am-9pm at Mercer-Adams. Funeral service will be Wednesday, January 18, 10:00am at Mercer-Adams Chapel with interment to follow in Yukon Cemetery.
