Dwight Allen Chastain, 79, went home to be with Jesus on March 21, 2022 in Yukon, OK. He was born September 5, 1942 in Wellington, KS. His parents were Ollie B. and Helen A. (Parsons) Chastain. On September 23, 1966, he married Shayla M. Frees in Oklahoma City. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army. He retired from Dayton Tire where he was a tuber and later was employed by the University of Oklahoma in the security department. Dwight was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was a longtime member of Christs Legacy Church in Yukon. Dwight was preceded in death by his parents, and by his twin brother, Duane. Survivors include his wife, Shayla; son, Wesley Allen and wife Tracie of Auburn, WA; daughter, Michele Thomson and husband Randy of Yukon, OK; grandchildren, Alexis, Brendan, Cameron, and Breanna; great-grandchildren, Theodore and Shaydenn; brother, Bill Chastain and wife Jan of Montrose, CA; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
