Dr. William J. Prince, 82, died December 24, 2012. He was born January 1, 1930 in Altus, OK to Leland and Etta Bell (Brown) Prince. A graduate of SNU and Nazarene Theological Seminary, he was a general superintendent emeritus of the Church of the Nazarene, serving in this capacity until his retirement in 2001. Preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn, he is survived by his son, Shelburne Prince of Fairview, TX, and grandchildren, Nicholas and Christopher. Viewing will be Sunday, 11am-9pm, Monday, 8am-noon, and Wednesday, 8am-10am at Mercer-Adams. Services will be Wednesday, January 2, 1:00pm at Bethany First Church of the Nazarene with interment in Bethany Cemetery.
