Dorothy (Dot) Rosson, forever 29
Dot Rosson was born November 13, 1930 (however when you asked her how old she was she would always say 29) in Sharon, Kansas, to Geneva Mae and Raymond Valentine Brown.
When she was 18 she came to Oklahoma to work at her Aunts drive in, the NuWay, where she met the love of her life, Robert (Bob) Rosson. It must have been love at first sight, because 6 weeks later, they eloped, and were married until Bob passed away in 1998.
Dot was the greeter and official hugger of Church of the Savior. She worked many years and finally retired from Little Giant Pump Company, but retirement didnt slow her down. She bowled three (sometimes 4) times a week, she loved to read, shop, go to estate and garage sales and she belonged to a Red Hat club called the Hallelujah Hussies.
Dots greatest love and joy were her grandchildren, Jeff, Rob, Sarah, Cody, Daniel and Joshua and her great grandchildren, Caitlyn, Kellen, Brittney, Robert, Cordale, Tayler, Riley, Kacie, Kimbra, Abbi, Mikayla, Peyton, Jace, Bella, Kenidy, Cooper, Spencer, Julie, Leah Beth and James.
Dot passed away on January 7, 2021. She touched many lives and she leaves a little hole in our hearts.
