Dorothy Virginia McDonald, 92, passed away January 28, 2023 in Bethany, OK. She was born December 3, 1930 to Francis and Valletta (Tucker) Jenkins in Sterling, KS. She graduated from high school in Wichita, KS and then attended business college. Dorothy married Mason Feese and they made their home in Leawood, KS. She was active in the Kansas City community and enjoyed her bridge club, bowling league, an occasional golf game and being a housewife and mother to their only daughter, Kristi. Dorothy married Neal L. McDonald in 1969 and the family made their home in Moore, OK. Dorothy enjoyed doing crossword puzzles. She and Neal were known to have many, many exciting games of Scrabble. She enjoyed having her grandson, Dale, over to spend the night. The two of them invented their own "mystery" game. Great-grandsons Evan and Jack were also welcome overnight guests who also enjoyed playing games. Dorothy was a generous, thoughtful person who loved her family. She will be greatly missed by those who loved her in return. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters; her first husband, Mason Feese; and her second husband, Neal McDonald. She is survived by her daughter, Kristi Butler; grandson, Dale M. Butler and wife, Amanda; great-grandsons, Evan Butler and Jack Butler; stepson, Kevin D. McDonald; nephews, Paul Warne and Phil Warne; and niece, Stephanie Dodge. No services are planned at this time. The family suggests memorial donations in Dorothys name to St. Judes Childrens Research Hospital or M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. . No Services
