Dorothy Ann (Handley) Evans, 80, of Mustang, Oklahoma, went to be with her Lord October 30, 2013 in Oklahoma City. She was born December 22, 1932 in Danville, Illinois to Cleveland and Mary (Maine) Handley. She married Rev. Arthur L. Evans December 24, 1949. Dorothy served as a Pastor's wife in Kankakee, Illinois and as a Missionary to Swaziland, Africa and the Philippines. She was preceded in death by her parents, and son, Ricky Lee Evans. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Art; children, Connie Vandersteen, Ricia Williams, Dan Evans, Doug Evans and Shelley Coil; 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Viewing will be Friday, 9am-9pm, with the family present from 6-8pm at Mercer-Adams. Services will be Saturday, November 2, 1:30pm at Mustang Church of the Nazarene, 700 E. State Hwy 152, Mustang, OK. Private burial in Rose Hill Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mustang Church of the Nazarene.
