Dorothy Jean Case Arterburn, 87, died August 8, 2012 in OKC. She was born August 24, 1924 in OKC to Elmer and Bessie (Bridges) Case. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a lifelong member of the Oklahoma City Does Droves #259 and Echos #417. She married Russell W. Arterburn on May 15, 1942 in Oklahoma City. He preceded her in death on Jan. 27, 2004. She was also preceded by a sister, Virginia Scopel. Survivors include sons, Russell and wife LaDonna of Moore, Darrell and wife Pam; daughters, Connie Perkins and husband Ron, Debbie Reed and husband Don, all of OKC; sister, Lora M. Reynolds of Burleson, TX; 7 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren. Celebration of life service will be held on Friday, August 10, 2:00pm at Mercer-Adams Chapel, 3925 N. Asbury, Bethany.
