Doris June Dunkle was born June 16, 1946 in Rubottom, OK to Sam and Susie Bilderback and went to be with her Lord & Savior on July 24, 2021 in Oklahoma City, OK. She had previously lived in El Reno, Bethany and currently in Oklahoma City. She married John A. Dunkle on December 21, 1963. She retired from AT&T Lucent Technology. She had been a member of Baptist Temple since 1964. Doris is survived by her husband of 57 years, John; sons, John A. Dunkle, Jr. and Jerry R. Dunkle and wife Cheryl Dunkle; 4 granddaughters, Shelby, Allison, Megan and Madison; and brother, Lawrance Bilderback; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Dale Bilderback; sister, Euvoone Taylor; and nephew, Bobby Taylor. Viewing will be Monday, July 26 from 10am-8pm with family present from 4-6pm at Mercer-Adams Funeral Service.
