Doris Ann Delman died Thursday, January 9, 2014, at her home in Fort Worth, Texas, with her family by her side. Doris was born May 13, 1933, in Memphis, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her father, Sidney Lesley; her step-father, JC Kinney; her mother, Anna Mae Kinney; her husband of 28 years, Leo Smith; her husband of 21 years, Ernie Delman; daughters, Terry Rees and Leslie Downey; and great-granddaughter, Camryn Bonds. She is survived by her son, Steven Mitchell Smith; daughter, Cathy Korell, and son-in-law, Mike Downey; grandchildren, Allison Bonds and husband Todd, Steven Korell and wife Tiffany, Anita Goodrich and husband Jonahs, Katie Pallone and husband Greg, Parker McCaskell, Collin McCaskell, and Sarah McCaskell; great-grandchildren, Avory, Emma, Patience, Lora, Trinity, and Elijah; her brother, Floyd Lesley; and many nieces and nephews. Doris enjoyed shopping, jewelry, and getting manicures. She loved reading and spending time with family, usually over a nice home-cooked meal. Doris adored her church family at Immaculate Conception and her dog, Rosie. Doris had a great sense of humor; she was a very kind and gentle soul. She had a loving, generous heart and was always giving to others. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, January 14, 10:00am at Immaculate Conception Church, 3901 SW 29th Street in Oklahoma City with interment in Resurrection Cemetery.
