Donna Kay Powers, 75, died June 17, 2014. She was born June 30, 1938 in Elk City, OK to Homer and Mina (Webb) Hinkle. She was the co-owner of a sheet metal business. She loved playing cards, traveling, clocks and scrapbooking. Donna was preceded in death by her husband, Paul, and siblings, Marie Filippo, L. Wayne Hinkle, Frankie Hinkle, Inez Fisher and Alice Schilke. Survivors include her daughter, Paula Novotny; son, Jeff Powers, sister, Jo Whitely; brothers, Oren, Troy, Les and Jerry Hinkle; 4 grandchildren, Curtis Novotny, Kyle Powers, Tiffany Roberson, and Elysa Powers; and 4 great-grandchildren.
