Donna Marie Allen, 86, died October 14, 2020 in Oklahoma. She was born September 16, 1934 in Kincaid, West Virginai to Emmett and Evelyn (Dooley) Kincaid. She married Ethan B. Allen, Jr. and they enjoyed 62 wonderful years together before his death in 2016. She was also preceded by her parents, 2 sisters, and 6 brothers. Donna was a floral designer in earlier years and retired from the Myriad Box Office / Ford Center after many years in ticket sales. She was an active member of Kincaid Methodist Church, Kincaid, WV, University Place Christian Church, OKC, and Putnam City Christian Church, OKC. Donna enjoyed square dancing, sewing, crafting, and reading. Survivors include her daughters, Mary Miller and husband Dave, Ellen Warino and husband Morris; sons, Ethan Allen, III and wife Dawn, Ed Allen, and Brad Allen and wife Laurel; sister, Doris Rufener; 9 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
