Dennis Jay Miller, 61, passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2013 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was born June 27, 1952 in Fairfax, Oklahoma to Morris and Ruby Azalene (Harp) Miller. He graduated from Fairfax High and attended Tonkawa Junior College and Oklahoma State University. He had a degree in Drafting which he used to create department store fixtures and cabinetry. He enjoyed history, painting historic figures and spending time with family. Dennis proudly served his country in the United States Navy and was a true American. He is survived by two daughters, Alyson Nicole Miller and Shanon Miller Epley; two sons, Andrew Dennis Miller and Kyle Nicolas Miller; one sister, Debbie Neaves; one brother, Jimmy Hight; two grandchildren, Taber Epley and Ella Epley; and many nieces, nephews, family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Gayla Wilson and one brother, Morris Eugene (Jr.) Miller. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, October 28, 2013 in the Fairfax Cemetery, Fairfax, Oklahoma. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 7000 N.
