Del Patterson joined her Lord and family in Heaven on March 29, 2015. She was born to William C. Wolf and Lila May Folsom Wolf and grew up in the Britton area. She graduated from John Marshall High School and enjoyed meeting with her former classmates for breakfast every month. Del attended college at Central State and Panhandle A&M in Goodwell, OK. She married Donald Keith Patterson on Sept. 19, 1958, in Washington, PA. She worked for Putnam City Schools Food Service in various positions since 1972. She was a member of Trinity Nazarene Church from 1961 until a few years after her husband's death in 2003 and is currently a member of Western Oaks Church of the Nazarene. She was preceded in death by husband Don, her parents, sisters, Lela Bullard, Dorothy Williams, and infant sister, Rose. She is survived by son, Dennis Keith Patterson (Diane), grandchildren, Lindsey Thomas (Jeff Coffey), Erick Keith Patterson (Ashley Bowen); great-grandsons, Ryder Keith, Braydn, sister, Fanella Davis; brother-in-law, David Patterson; many beloved nieces and nephews, and those she called her own family. Del was a very special loving and caring soul. She loved working with children and many of them considered her their grandma. She was devoted to her family and friends and will always be loved and missed by those temporarily left behind. The family wants to thank the personnel at Mercy Hospital for the wonderful compassionate care that Del received. Viewing will be Wednesday, 9am-9pm, with family present from 5-8pm at Mercer-Adams.
