Delpha "Fran" Fogler

Delpha “Fran” Fogler passed away on Monday, October 19, 2026, in Yukon Oklahoma. She was born on December 14, 1937, to Arthur Raper and Lola Ramsey in Bixby, Oklahoma. Fran married Ralph Fogler on March 18, 1961, in Lodi, California. She was a proud veteran of the US Navy from May 31, 1960, to May 10, 1963.

Fran enjoyed cooking, sewing, and gardening. She enjoyed spending time with friends, family, and anyone who visited her, along with all her grand dogs.

Fran was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and two sisters.

She is survived by her husband Ralph Fogler; son, Todd Fogler; daughter, Angie Williams; grandson, Jay Williams; two brothers, Larry and Don Raper; and multiple nieces and nephews.

Viewing will be Monday, October 26, 2026, 9:00am-8:00pm with family present from 6:00-8:00pm at Mercer-Adams Funeral Service. Celebration of Life Services will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at 2:00pm at Southwest Baptist Church 1300 SW 54th Street Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73119 with interment in Resurrection Memorial Cemetery.
