Debra (Dee) Lee Payne February 21, 1955 - May 22, 2021 Debbie (66) went to be with her Lord Jesus Christ at her home in Warr Acres, Oklahoma. She was born February 21, 1955 to Charles Edward Payne and Venice JoAnn (Hall) Payne at Dobbins AFB in Marietta, Georgia. She graduated in 1973 from Andrews High School, Andrews NC In 1978 her family moved to Oklahoma City. She has worked as a receptionist for Oklahoma City Clinic, Kornfeld Franklin Law, and Reserve National Insurance. She was an avid reader and loved to crochet. She is preceded in death by both parents, two nieces, Denise Cook and Daphne Garrett. She is survived by her sister: Cheryl Payne McClain (Steve), two nephews: Michael Garrett (Stephanie), Josh Garrett, great-nephew Gavin Garrett and great-niece Alivia Garrett, Aunt Diane Hall Abbott, Melba and (Randy) Fox along with many other cousins. She was a former member of Putnam City Baptist Church and until health declined she attended Bethesda Church. Dee will forever be loved and missed. She knew how to give unconditional love to family and friends. A private family memorial will be held on Saturday, May 29. . Private Services
