Debbie was born April 15, 1948 in Sidney, Ohio to Elmer and Martha Cardo, who both preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her son, Jeff Cardo. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Bill Farrier, of Oklahoma City, OK; her brother, Frank Cardo of Sidney, OH; and her sister, Shellie Landers of Troy, OH. Her last working years were spent at OU Medical center in Oklahoma City, OK. She enjoyed country music and elephant figurines, and "An Affair of the Heart" was a yearly anticipated event for her.
