Doris "Darline" Davison, 91, passed away peacefully on December 26th, 2024, in Bethany, Oklahoma. She was born on June 5th, 1933, to Arthur Otto Walker and Josie Butler in Oklahoma City. She married Jerry Ray Davison on July 9, 1952, in Oklahoma City. During Jerry's time in the Navy, they lived in Hawaii, San Diego and Tacoma before finally settling back in Oklahoma City.

Beyond her role as a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and homemaker, she and Jerry were avid bowlers and members of many bowling leagues and associations in Oklahoma City. She enjoyed to sewing, cooking, writing poetry, and maintaining her fishponds, but her greatest joy came from nurturing her family.

Darline was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Davison; parents, Arthur Otto and Josie Walker; and siblings.

Darline leaves to cherish her memory daughter and son-in-law, Darlina and Mike Johnston of Yukon; son, Jerry Davison II of El Reno; daughter and son-in-law, Raelina and David Harris of Oklahoma City; grandchildren, Michael and Dana Johnston, Jerry III and Katie Davison, Daelina and Jerry Carter, Justin and Emily Davison, Micah and Morgan Johnston, Christopher Harris, Dana and Ronnie Parker, and Sabrina and James Esquivias; 12 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; along with many nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends.

Memorial services will be held graveside Monday, December 31 at 10:00 a.m. at Resthaven Cemetery.
