Connie Joann (Higgins) Orrostieta, 59, passed away on October 19, 2023 in Norman, Oklahoma. She was born on March 19, 1964 and raised by Louise Vernice Higgins and Harold Fred Higgins in Midwest City, Oklahoma. She married Feliciano in August of 1990 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Connie was a proud Midwest City Bomber and played the clarinet in her high school marching band. Connie loved attending St. Joseph's Catholic church when she was able to and was happy to call herself Catholic. She enjoyed watching T.V. shows and movies, listening to music, calligraphy, letter writing and chatting with her family and friends.

Connie was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers Wayne Nixon, Johnny Nixon and Jimmy Nixon. She is survived by her husband; five children; two grandchildren; a sister; and a brother.
