Clarence Hoffman, 91, passed away Friday, June 14, 2013 in Bethany, Oklahoma. He was born July 12, 1921 in Okeene, Oklahoma to Andrew and Katie (Bierig) Hoffman. Clarence was united in marriage while serving his country in France during WWII on December 4, 1945 to Zenona Babenko. After his service in the United States Army he brought the love of his life home to Okeene, Oklahoma. They later lived in Midwest City and then built their dream home in Choctaw, Oklahoma. Clarence had many trades including welding and raising cattle. He retired as an electrician from Western Electric/AT&T/Lucent. He was a member of the Studebaker Club and the Germans from Russia Club. Clarence is survived by three children, Theresa Edwards, Kenneth Hoffman and his partner, Mike Dippel and Sandy Longan; one grandchild, Dustin Edwards and his father, Otis Edwards. He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Zenona; and seven siblings. The family wishes to thank Grace Living Center of Bethany and Good Shephard Hospice for their loving care of Clarence. Visitation will be held 11 am - 9 pm, Monday, June 17, 2013 at Mercer-Adams Funeral Service, Bethany. Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery, 7801 NW Expressway, Oklahoma City.
