Clara Harrison Barker passed away August 9, 2012 in Oklahoma City. Clara was born in Oklahoma City, OK on July 17, 1915. She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl L. Harrison and Bertha Jane Ake Harrison and by her husband, Paul Ernest Barker. She is survived by her sister, Allah May Harrison Avant; brother, E. Leslie Harrison; her niece, Barbara Jean Gibbs and husband Eugene; nephew, Sandy Harrison and wife Sandra; and niece, Reba Jane Brousseau and husband Greg. There are other great nieces and nephews who survive her. Clara attended Whittier Grade School, Roosevelt Junior High School and graduated from Classen High School, all in Oklahoma City. She was a longtime member of Western Oaks Christian Church in Bethany, OK. Viewing will be Friday, 9am-9pm at Mercer-Adams.
