Obituary

Christopher Aaron Porter earned his angel wings November 1, 2020. He is now in the loving arms of Our Heavenly Father. Chris was born on August 9, 1980 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to William P. and Mary Porter. Chris graduated from Piedmont High School in 1998. He became a carpenter, electrician, purveyor of fine picks, commercial painter, an avid dog lover, gamer, and Star Wars enthusiast. He is survived by his mother, Mary Porter; sister, Ashley Myers; brother-in-law, Zach Myers; niece, Sophia Myers; nephew, Grayson Myers; uncle, Danny McCollum; and the love of his life, Rebekah Rollins. Chris had a gentle soul which made him so irresistibly loveable. His eccentric wit and mischievous grin endeared him to family and earned him many friends. People feel blessed to have had the pleasure of knowing him during his far too short lifetime. We pray the light of Gods love fills Chris with peace and comfort.
