Cheryl Marie Bauer, 21, passed away unexpectedly on March 7th, 2011. She was born on August 9, 1989 in Framingham, MA to Eric and Niki Bauer. Before moving to Oklahoma in 1998 with her parents and two brothers, the family lived for a number of years in Athens, Greece. She was currently a student at the University of Central Oklahoma, after having received an Associates Degree in Technical Communications from OSU-OKC, where she was a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. She is survived by her devoted parents; two loving brothers, Herbert and Eric Nicholas; her fianc, Hector Sarmiento; as well as numerous relatives and loyal friends, both here and abroad. Cheryl will be missed, and always remembered for her kind heart, free spirit, work ethic, and artistic talents. The family would like to extend its thanks to Cheryls many friends who have given us their love and support during this very difficult time. Memorial services are set for 2:00pm, Friday, March 11, at First Baptist Church Bethany, 3800 N. Mueller, Bethany, OK.
