Charylene Y. Keleher, 93, went to be with the Lord on August 17, 2023. Charylene was born on January 21, 1930 in Sterling, Oklahoma to Haskin and Goldie Liles. She graduated from Sterling High School and moved to Oklahoma City where she attended business school and worked at WKY as a secretary and weather reporter. She married Ed Keleher in 1948 and they were married for 65 years. Throughout her life, Charylene enjoyed sewing, baking, playing bridge, puzzles and walking at the mall. She loved being with her family more than anything, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Wendall Liles; and her husband, Ed. She is survived by her sister, Kay Stewart; her daughter, Pamela and husband Rick Riefe and their children: Ben (Marilyn) Riefe, Jess (Jennifer) Riefe, Anna (Brian) Curran, Adam and Beth (Darren) McGuire; and her daughter, Kris Mattison and her children: Chase (Caitie) Mattison, Nathan Mattison and Ali (Andrew) Holloway. Charylene was blessed with 13 great grandchildren. She will always be remembered for her sweet spirit and gentle nature. A private graveside service and burial will be held on Monday, August 21, 2023 at Fort Sill National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please donate to your charity of choice.
