Charles B. Pinion passed away Sunday, November 19, 2023. He was born on February 10, 1938. He was predeceased by his father, Byron Altus Pinion; mother, Pauline Allen Pinion; and his brother, Jerry Pinion. He is survived by his wife and the love of his life, Patsy Barton Pinion; two daughters, Cathy Roetker and husband Mike and Tammie Lawson and husband Todd; six grandchildren, Chris Roetker and wife Amber, Tyler Roetker and wife Katherine, Kaylie and Keelie Roetker, Ashlie Lawson Franey and husband Christopher, and Kyle Lawson; eight great grandchildren, Cohen, Paxton, and Berkeley Roetker, Adalynn and Wesley Roetker, Annabelle and Layla Franey and Cooper Richardson; two brothers, Tom Pinion and wife Mary and John Pinion and wife Rhonda; and was dearly loved by numerous nieces and nephews.

Charles was an outstanding athlete at Putnam City High School. He was co-captain of his football team and he lettered in football, wrestling and track. He was also Mr. Oklahoma in the sixties. He was a veteran serving in the Marines. He was an awesome father and grandfather and he will be tremendously missed by his family and friends.
