Charles "Lance" Labadie received his full and complete healing from Crohns Disease on Thursday, December 7, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. Lance was born in Bartlesville, Oklahoma on December 27, 1977, to Lewis and Donna Labadie at Jane Phillips Hospital. Lance spent the last two years of his life doing research on current events and could talk with accuracy about them with anyone. Lance was also an avid gun collector and had the amazing ability to rework holsters and other gun gear to adapt them to his very slender frame. He prided himself in his knowledge about guns that he gained from his father, and his accuracy at target practice. Lance loved to deer hunt, loved cars, and working on and installing car radios and sound systems. In Lances short life he was blessed to make several lifelong friendships with a special group of guys, Kevin, Ryan, Chris, Danny, and Noah.
Lance is survived by his mother and stepfather, Donna and Dr. Michael Anderson; 1 brother, Mike Labadie; and 2 sisters, Cynthia Glover (Chuck) and Debora Leister, (Steve). In addition, Lance is survived by his former wife and 2 step-children, Kimri Labadie, Koda, and Kali Vance. Kimri and Lance remained good friends and shared their love for the children. Lance was predeceased by his father, Lewis W. Labadie; his maternal grandparents, Clint and Pearl Henshall; and his paternal grandparents, Warren and Melba Labadie. Lance is also survived by 3 nephews, and 8 nieces, several aunts, uncles and cousins. Lance would want you to know about his best friend "Bo," his chocolate Lab. He and Bo were roommates for several years. Together they made a great team. Bo now survives Lance and is in the home of Kimri Labadie.
