Charles "Bud" Korstjens passed away November 3, 2020 in OKC where he lived with his bride of 67 years, Pauline. He was born July 21, 1933 in Guthrie, OK to Peter and Agatha Korstjens. We are comforted to know he is sharing a big hug with his son, Charles, daughter-in-law, Teresa, his parents, and all his brothers and sisters. He is survived by son, Richard; daughter, Carol and husband Don; daughter-in-law, Kathy; and grandchildren, Kyle, Jeremy, Jason, Tara, Kristen, Brandon and Geoffrey. Bud and Pauline instilled in their children an ability and a mind-set ~ that most things are attainable if you are willing to take that first step. Family was his life, everything else came after. Bud proudly served in the United States Navy for four years and, after 22 years, retired from the Federal Aviation Administration. We will celebrate his life Saturday, November 21st, 11am.
